🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of crystals and jewellery, we do not offer returns or refunds except in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered

Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the product.

Crystals and gemstones may have natural variations in color, shape, size, or texture. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Customized, energized, or used products are non-returnable.

⚠️ Super Saver / Bulk Pack Orders (10 / 25 / 50 / 100 pcs)

All Super Saver bulk packs are made to order and non-returnable.
Returns or refunds for bulk orders will be accepted only in case of transit damage or wrong items delivered.
Minor variations between pieces in bulk packs are natural and expected and will not qualify for return or refund.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
